Usmc question i need help any type of answer is helpful?

ok hear goes a long i wanted to join the marine corps. but my mom didn't want that happening so i did anyways to pay for school now i have sweared in just the first one so i'm in the dep then my mom decided to get me in troble with the law because i broke some things but it was in the house were we lived i got aressted for injury to property got released 15 day time 15 days suspended i'm going to court for restation now the courts say that i need to keep my nose clean for a year times because this was my first offance now i'm wondering cn i still ship out at all i am supposed to leave on the 2nd of nov. but they say i need to get this court thing closed how do i do that and does the fact that i have to stay clean for a year come into play and will that prevent me from going to boot
