What do phrases with Martha Stewart in it mean?

My English cl and i were discussing the entropy in our life. after i elaborated the chaos and disarrangement in my room, my friend blurred out "ugh, i cant stand my room being clean, its so boring and it looks like Martha Stewart." Some other friends laughed but i didnt understand what she meant. can someone explain what that means??? or was she just blurring out things that dont make sence???
