Why is 60 minutes calling Catholics, Christians? They clearly are not.?

The pope is the leader of 300 million church members. Sounds like the religion of the future false prophet. Then again that could be Islam. But I believe it would have to be intriguing and look like the truth to most, and Islam is more known for their extremist groups. So it would be hard imagining the whole world submitting to Islam. But I can see the whole world being told to submit to Catholicism since they already have a pope who is proclaimed to be the head of 300 million. To me Catholicism makes for the perfect religion to perform false miracles through the anti christ or false messiah.
