Senior citizens get no cost of living increase next year, yet we can afford to send $7B to Pakistan?

What is up with that? So our senior citizens who contributed to our nation will now have to scrimp next yet, but we have $7B to send to Pakistan?? Seniors are consumers too! So much for helping businesses with consumer spend, yet we have enough money to send billions to other nations? Could you not send $5B to Pakistan and $2B for our senior citizens? Geez louise, so much for taking care of your own people??
