A question about CARD COUNTING (blackjack)?

I want to know i know how to to count cards and i know the basic stratgy which has put me in a good spot at the table money wise I was wondering when I count and I use basic stratgy will I gain the house advantage or at least get the house down to about below 1% im going to vegas to soon
