Are the GITMO courts similar to kangaroo courts of the "democracies" before?

It's tough for any of us to say since we are not witnesses to the proceedings. Man, you wanted trials for the enemy and you got them and you still aren't happy. I guess the only way to appease the terrorist sympathizers is to let them off the hook unconditionally.
