Abortion complications?

So I had an abortion about a week ago(please dont give me sht I already feel horrible for it)...and they told me no for a week, nothing up there not even tampons. Which, I thought would be easy cause Im not having again until I have good bc and then Im still gonna be weary of it...Unfortunately last night my bf and I got decently drunk and he got a little rough down there (no )..this being a couple days before they okd . Today the bleeding increased a lot and Ive had cramps that are fairly bad, and I didnt really have any before. Is it possible we caused serious damage?
